§ 1. INTRODUCTION

  1. This Cookie Policy defines the rules for storing and accessing information on Users' devices using Cookies and similar technologies (e.g., Local Storage, Pixels) on the go-solutions.org website (hereinafter: "Service").

§ 2. WHAT ARE COOKIES?

  1. Cookies are small text files stored on your device.
  2. Similar Technologies: We may also use Local Storage (browser storage) and Tracking Pixels (external graphical elements).

§ 3. TYPES OF COOKIES USED

A. Strictly Necessary (Technical) – ALWAYS ACTIVE

Essential for security and website operation (e.g., session maintenance, payment security).

  1. Legal Basis: legitimate interest and, where applicable, the exemption for strictly necessary technologies under local cookie rules.

B. Analytics and Statistics – Matomo in cookie-less mode

They allow us to measure traffic and usage on the Site (visit statistics, traffic sources, popular pages) so we can improve UX and performance. In practice we use Matomo (self-hosted at analytics.go-solutions.org). We also review aggregated search performance data in Google Search Console (without setting cookies on the Site).

  1. Legal Basis: Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR (User Consent).

C. Functional (Chat and Forms) – GENERALLY NECESSARY

Enable features necessary to contact us and handle your inquiry (e.g., chat and form submissions). In our setup these are technical/communication mechanisms and are not used for ad profiling.

  1. Legal basis: Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR (legitimate interest – providing communication channels) and, where applicable, the exemption for strictly necessary technologies under local cookie rules.
  2. Partner: Tawk.to (live chat) – may store technical identifiers (cookies/local storage) necessary to keep the chat session.
  3. Partner: FormSubmit (formsubmit.co) – forwards form submissions to our email; may use technical anti-spam mechanisms.

§ 4. TRUSTED PARTNERS AND DATA TRANSFER

The Site is operated using U.S.-based infrastructure, including Porkbun LLC for domain, DNS, SSL certificate and web hosting. The Service also integrates third-party tools. Some of them may use cookies (e.g., chat widgets) and may involve processing technical data, including IP address, in the USA; Matomo is operated in a cookie-less setup.

  1. Domain, DNS, SSL certificate and web hosting: Porkbun LLC (USA).
  2. Analytics: Matomo (Go Solutions, self-hosted at analytics.go-solutions.org; enabled only after analytics consent) and Google Search Console (Google LLC; aggregated search performance data, no cookies on the Site).
  3. Forms: FormSubmit (formsubmit.co) (form submission forwarding).
  4. Tawk.to: live chat tool. It may store technical identifiers (cookies/local storage) to keep the conversation and associate messages with a session.
  5. Brevo (Sendinblue): email communication and marketing automation. If we embed Brevo forms/elements on the Site, they will be enabled only according to your choices. Separately, emails may use open/click measurement (tracking pixel) – details in the Privacy Policy.
  6. Payments: Stripe / PayPal (Fraud detection cookies - strictly necessary).
  7. Social Media: Links/plugins to Facebook and Instagram (Meta), LinkedIn, X (formerly Twitter), and Google services (e.g., YouTube/Maps) operate under their own policies.

Processing in the USA: the Controller is based in the USA, and the Site's infrastructure providers may be based or host infrastructure in the USA. Details are described in the Privacy Policy. Where and to the extent GDPR applies, the relevant mechanism for processing or transferring data outside the EEA is described in the Privacy Policy.

§ 5. EXTERNAL LINKS (GOVERNMENT & PARTNERS)

The Service links to external websites of authorities and partners. We do not control cookies set by these sites. Upon clicking, you are subject to their policies.

This applies specifically to links to:

  1. US Authorities: Wyoming SOS, IRS, FinCEN.
  2. Operational Partner: Wyoming Registered Agent Services LLC.
  3. Polish/EU Authorities: KAS, NBP, UODO, UOKiK.

§ 6. CONSENT MANAGEMENT

  1. You can manage consents via the Cookie Banner.
  2. Consent can be withdrawn at any time via browser settings or the footer link.
