§ 1. NATURE OF SERVICES (FILING AGENT)

  1. Entity Status: Go Solutions LLC (hereinafter: "Provider") is a commercial entity providing administrative, technical, and secretarial services, acting as a Document Filing Assistance provider or Filing Agent.
  2. No Legal Advice: The Provider is not a law firm and does not provide legal advice under Wyoming law, US federal law, or Polish/EU law. No employee or representative is authorized to provide legal counsel, statutory interpretation, or litigation strategy recommendations.
  3. No Tax Advice: All tax-related information (including CIT, Sales Tax, CFC, ETBUS) is for educational purposes only. The Provider is not a CPA or Tax Advisor. LLC tax liability depends on the individual tax residency of the members, and full responsibility for compliance rests with the Client.

§ 2. LEGAL OVERSIGHT VS. CLIENT RELATIONSHIP

  1. References to "Legal Supervision" in marketing materials mean that internal processes and document templates (Operating Agreement, Resolutions) have been drafted and vetted by professional lawyers to ensure quality and market standard compliance.
  2. No Attorney-Client Relationship: Using Go Solutions LLC services or templates does not create an attorney-client relationship between the Client and any law firm cooperating with the Provider. The supervising law firm represents Go Solutions LLC, not the end Client.
  3. For individual legal advice, the Client must engage an attorney directly under a separate agreement.

§ 3. NO GUARANTEES (BUSINESS & BANKING)

  1. Authority Decisions: While we exercise due diligence, we cannot guarantee approval by authorities (Wyoming SOS, IRS) if rejection causes are beyond our control (e.g., name conflicts, federal registry errors, law changes).
  2. Bank Accounts: Forming an LLC and obtaining an EIN does not guarantee the opening of a bank account (e.g., with Mercury, Wise, Revolut, or traditional banks). Financial institutions make autonomous decisions based on their internal risk policies. Account denial is not grounds for a refund of the formation service.

§ 4. CONTENT LIABILITY & EXTERNAL LINKS

  1. Content on the Service is accurate as of the publication date, but laws change. The Provider is not liable for the use of outdated information.
  2. The Service links to external sites (e.g., sos.wyo.gov, irs.gov). The Provider is not responsible for the content or security of third-party websites.

§ 5. COMMUNICATION TOOLS

  1. Chat and contact form communication is preliminary and informational.
  2. Do not send sensitive data (SSN, passwords) via chat. Use only the secure encrypted forms provided during the checkout process.

§ 6. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

As per the Terms of Service (§ 8), Go Solutions LLC's liability in B2B relationships is limited to the service fee paid. The Provider is not liable for lost profits, business losses, or damages resulting from the Client's misinterpretation of tax laws.
