Turnaround
Rush reviews may be possible depending on workload and document volume. We typically align a deadline and clause priorities (must‑have vs. nice‑to‑have).
Contract review scope
- risk spotting (liability, penalties, warranties, IP, confidentiality),
- proposed edits and alternative clauses,
- negotiation support (comments, emails, call).
Pricing model
Standard rate: 150 USD / hour net. For short agreements we can offer a flat fee (scope‑based). We typically work in track changes / comments.
Limitations
This does not include tax/accounting analysis. For agreements governed by another jurisdiction, we may recommend local counsel input.
