When you need Good Standing
A Certificate of Good Standing (sometimes also called a Certificate of Existence) is commonly required for banking and payment platform onboarding, contracting with larger vendors, tenders, and corporate actions (e.g., ownership changes) or foreign registrations.
Why Apostille
An Apostille is a legalization shortcut that helps foreign authorities recognize U.S. public documents in countries that are parties to the Hague Apostille Convention. In practice, many institutions in Poland/EU expect U.S. documents to carry an Apostille before acceptance.
What the service includes
- status check and preparation (e.g., identifying compliance blockers),
- ordering the Good Standing certificate via the appropriate Wyoming route,
- apostille coordination (correct pathway and requirements),
- quality control (completeness and readability),
- delivery to the Client (paper/shipping) or scans — as agreed.
Inputs needed
- entity name and Filing ID (if known),
- use case (bank/vendor/authority; country of use),
- preferred format: scan, paper, courier,
- shipping details and a contact person.
Notes and exclusions
This is a coordination and formal service. It is not legal/tax advice. Official fees and third‑party costs (e.g., courier) are billed separately if applicable.
When you need this service
- bank/fintech onboarding (current status is often required),
- enterprise contracting, procurement, audits,
- use of documents in Europe (often together with Apostille and sworn translation).
How the process works
We verify the company status in the registry, obtain a Certificate of Good Standing (or equivalent), and—if required—arrange an Apostille through a practical workflow. You receive a document set ready for use plus guidance on how to present it to the bank/authority.
Important notes
Apostille/certification requirements vary by the receiving institution. If you have a checklist from a bank/authority, share it—we will match the document set accordingly.
